Visiting the Cotswolds is like stepping back in time. My friend Maureen and I spent an entire afternoon in Bilbury, an enchanting village along River Coln. We strolled along the river, watching the trout, and then on to Arlington Row, a cluster of ancient weavers' cottages. When it comes to old-world charm, it doesn't get much better than this!
